為慶祝香港醫學會管弦樂團成立二十周年，來自中國，香港，臺灣，及美國幾十位華裔醫生音樂家，將為 大家演出這場以「和諧」作主題的音樂會，曲目環繞作曲家孟德爾頌的作品，包括極少上演的大型作品第 二號交響曲《頌歌》。是次演出為「亮睛工程」籌募經費，在中國貧困地區成立扶貧眼科中心，免費為貧困人士施行白內障手術。

To celebrate its 20th Anniversary, ethnic Chinese doctor musicians from Mainland China, Taiwan and the United States are invited to gather together to perform at this special concert with the theme of Harmony, featuring some of the best works of composer Felix Mendelssohn, born exactly 200 years ago. The event is to raise funds for the officially registered Hong Kong charity PROJECT VISION to provide self-sustaining eye services and perform cataract surgeries in remote areas in rural China.
